Click and Collect

Watches of Switzerland proudly offers the click and collect service where you can purchase a product online from home and collect from any of our Watches of Switzerland store location of your convenience.

Click and Collect orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days and will be delivered to your chosen store within 24 hours of dispatching your order. When your order has arrived at your chosen store, you will be notified by email to collect your online purchases.

Click and Collect is wonderfully straightforward:

1. - Enjoy browsing our website
2. - Choose your purchase(s)
3. - Find your store
4. - Pay online
5. - Collect in your store

To protect your purchases, you and only you are authorised to collect your order. You will need to bring the following documents with you when collecting your order from our store:

1. - A copy of your order confirmation email
2. - The original payment card (used to verify your order where a card payment has been made)
3. - Government issued photo ID card (one of the following)
   • a. Passport
   • b. Driver’s license
   • c. State ID
   • d. Military ID

Exclusions:

WoS Rolex Boutique at Wynn is excluded from Click and Collect services.
