Standard Delivery Services

Free Expedited Delivery on Orders $100 and Up (Estimated 1-3 Days)

Our secure shipping service operates Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. For security reasons, an adult signature is required for every delivery. Watches of Switzerland does not deliver to P.O. boxes or third-party forwarding services. Tracking information will be provided via email at the time of shipping.

$15 Flat Fee on Orders Under $100 (Estimated 1-2 weeks)

INSURANCE

Your Watches of Switzerland Purchase is insured from our facility until the moment you receive your item.


DELIVERY DELAYS

We always endeavour to deliver your item on time. In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues we may experience delays. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.


LOST PACKAGES

Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our client service team if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus you will be unable to claim any loss from Watches of Switzerland.


Exclusions

- We ship only to U.S. Continental addresses.
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
- We do not ship to third party forwarding businesses.
